About Me

I completed a Home Economics Course with a Second Class Upper in Home Economics. I decided to train as a teacher and proceeded to study for a Masters in Education. I have chosen to develop tools that can be used to release the competency in individuals and organisations.

I am driven by a passion that has continually shaped my attitude to human achievements in different sectors of society. I believe strongly in the ability of human beings to continue to improve with the use of helpful and useful tools.

I have worked with individuals and organisations to improve on performances. I am currently setting out the blueprint for the development of a company that I hope will continue to be a crucial part of the fulfilment of my dream, to enable all organisations and individuals to achieve their best.

This blog will seek to provide tools for raising performance through self improvement, organisational improvements and the development of structures for raising achievements in different communities.

The services provided will involve the:  provision of tips; telephone coaching sessions, group coaching sessions and the organisation of workshops. I believe that the solutions to different productivity challenges need to be related to stated goals and carefully organised to ensure success.

I am excited and clearly determined to ensure that all the tools provided through the work that I am involved in always serve the crucial need of our society to continue to improve and remain of the cutting edge of all that is worth having in our society- sound educational achievement; effective ad successful businesses and strong families. Coaching is definitely the indispensable tool of the 21st Century.
