I know exactly how you&#039;re feeling honey.  Been there and it&#039;s a place of restlessness.  

Now, I don&#039;t want to contradict what you said about persevering but sometimes, it&#039;s good to stop and do something completely different.  I don&#039;t mean in terms of taking up another task, but things like reading a good book, watching an inspiring movie and even having a duvet day teacher!  Yes, these are great once in a while.  Get the duvet, a good movie or a good book and tea! 

I so hate cliches, but a rest really is as good as a change.  Our problem sometimes is that we &quot;should&quot; on ourselves ... I &quot;should&quot; do this or, I &quot;should&quot; do that when at this particular moment in time, &quot;should&quot; needs to be pushed aside so that the mind can rest.  When the mind rests, the body rests and in no time, you&#039;ll be reinspired and re-energised to take up where you left off.
